Prior to your Bear Daze, you will receive a questionnaire to share all the details we need to make the most of your Bear Daze. After you complete the questionnaire, we will schedule a kick off call to go over the details and discuss what your Bear Daze will look like.

Our team is committed to pushing your brand to reach its goals. The morning of, we will send an email when we start our task list. Be sure you’re available from 10am to 4pm est to ensure we always have consistent communication to complete our deadlines in a timely manner. Around 1pm, we will do a mid-day check-in & approvals by email - view the client hub throughout the day at your discretion.

At 4pm on the final day, we will go over everything that was accomplished, finalize and send all files, if applicable, and party hard over all we accomplished in one single day!
